Image via WikipediaSanta is visiting Armenia and other Orthodox countries. The kids are very excited! Kids in Armenia are celebrating Christmas on January 6th while the Orthodox kids in Ethiopia and Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and other Eastern Orthodox countries can expect a visit from Santa from midnight tonight when the clock strikes for January 7th. Some kids will have started celebrating at the appearance of the first Christmas star during this Feast of the Nativity but they will only receive their gifts at midnight. It's been a brilliant year because all the kids made it to the Nice List (it was mostly bankers and their accountants who appears on the Naughty List).Everybody is happy, including Rudolph; every year he enjoys a healthy helping of the fata bread... even though the other reindeer complain a bit about the heavy garlic flavor on his breath. But, hey, garlic is healthy. And so is Christmas!
